The core of our security service systems is our 24 x 7 national operations and monitoring centre. With advanced technology, including rapid response of highly trained security personnel, our control centres in Australia and New Zealand are the reason why ASC and our group are chosen by so many customers across both countries.

ASC is a proud member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), which operates a grading scheme for all alarm monitoring centres, including a well-respected system of independent audits, to ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand security standards.

Audits include:

  • the construction of the centres

  • access into the centres and its ‘modus operandi’

  • power supply arrangements

  • redundancy of the equipment

  • its physical and fire protection

  • ventilation systems/ emergency breathing equipment

  • communications (telephones, duress and radio)

  • record-keeping

Through our national operations and monitoring centres we provide 24 x 7 presence and support for all our customers, ensuring that they always receive the best possible protection. Our control rooms have full redundancy, with multiple levels of backup in the event of an emergency, to guarantee comprehensive surveillance and protection as and when required.
