Asset Security Concepts Response to COVID-19

The recent outbreak of COVID-19 has affected people’s lives across the globe. At Asset Security Concepts, our number one priority is to ensure that our employees and their families are as safe as possible. We realise this situation remains very dynamic, as information continues to change day-to-day, and as such we will continue to provide updates as we learn more. In the meantime, we remain committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers, partners, and suppliers have come to expect of Asset Security Concepts (ASC).

At this time, ASC have not experienced any major impact to our business operations, and we will continue to closely monitor and adjust business practices as appropriate to ensure we continue to deliver our security services for our customers. Our team has spent a great deal of time reviewing options to ensure both the continued protection of our customers and partners, as well as the physical safety of our employees throughout this unforeseen situation.

We have taken several measures to ensure that the COVID-19 crisis does not impact your experience with our related services, and as such have listed below several actions that our team have taken to date to not only ensure that our employees are safe, but to continue to deliver business “as usual” during this time.
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees and to continue to provide a high level of service to our customers. To that measure, we have:

• Abided by local government guidelines: ASC corporate offices are adhering to best practices from the Australian Department of Health, including Federal and State Government Guidelines.

• Ongoing Vigilance: ASC is closely monitoring all aspects of the crisis and will take swift action if necessary, to ensure the safety of our employees. We are committed to doing our part to minimise the spread of COVID-19 while ensuring service continuity for our customers. Our commitment is to ensure that we continue to support the security needs of your organisation, including but not limited to:

ASC Supply Chain: We are working very closely with our Suppliers/Partners to ensure that availability and normal operations of Technology and Services are not adversely impacted due to measures that they will have to put into place for combating this issue.

ASC Service and Support: ASC have taken the necessary actions by equipping technical service technicians with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure staff and customer protection. Project Managers and Service Co-ordinators have been provided with Remote Customer Access to continue with project delivery and service continuity.

With the COVID-19 situation evolving within Australia, we will continue to monitor the situation whilst being prepared for additional action if needed. We want to also express our sincere appreciation and thanks to the healthcare professionals and responders who are tirelessly working to help make Australia safer.
